The Beginning

A Flight Attendant's
Simple Phrase

In 2021, as the world's economy shifted and the workplace changed forever, a Southwest Airlines flight attendant began doing something small - but powerful. She started saying "Thank you for coming to work today."

Her son watched as faces lit up. Workers who felt invisible suddenly felt seen. That spark became a mission: to make every worker - from construction sites in Guatemala to coffee shops in Nashville - feel confident, joyful, validated, and loved.

At Liberty University, it started with handwritten labels on water bottles. Today, it's a growing movement guided by one belief: People work better when they know you care.
